How it works

1. Diagnose - TRUST framework fires. AdTAO classifies account state across 263+ named archetypes at five levels: Goals → Measurement → Strategy → Settings → Contents. The hierarchy is non-negotiable: fixing Q4 while Q1 is broken is wasted effort.
2. Predict - miners compete. The archetype detection triggers a mining challenge. Miners receive an anonymised episode - account state, historical time-series, proposed intervention - and submit probabilistic forecasts over 7, 14, and 28-day horizons. Miners must beat AdTAO's own platform predictions to earn emissions.
3. Score - validators verify. After outcomes are known, validators grade miners against real results using proper scoring rules. Outcomes are timestamped and verifiable. Every resolved intervention enriches the training signal.
4. Compound - the moat deepens. Every new account adds to the pattern library. Every resolved intervention sharpens the prediction layer. The subnet gets smarter as data grows - and the data grows every day.
