Full project description
Problem: Global statistics indicate that at least five patients die every minute due to unsafe care or medical negligence, resulting in up to 2.6 million deaths annually in low- and middle-income countries alone. In the U.S., medical errors are the third leading cause of death. Medication errors cost more than $40 billion annually.
Solution: Develop a high-precision AI to assist physicians and surgeons in high-risk decisions and highly complex surgeries. This AI will have a continuous learning algorithm, enriching its experience in the medical field. This AI will help physicians manage each stage of the patient's recovery. This AI will help make the best medical decisions and thus avoid serious errors in the diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of patients.
Phase 2: Integrating robotics and AI in the new era of AI-led robotic medical intervention in highly complex surgeries.
